Multiple bombs explosions were heard and seen in the city of Kano (Northern Nigeria). Kano is the most populous State in Nigeria according to the country's last census.
These are happening just two days after the ringmaster and mastermind of the Christmas day bombing of St. Theresa Church in Madalla, near Abuja escaped from police. Already there has been numerous calls for the immediate sacking of the Inspector General of Police, Ringim whom many have seen as incompetent in his duties.

Surely North & South Nigeria is not one country. Divided we stand. Why so much hate if we are one country, one people, one nation? How can the southerners be
asked to leave the North. Why are Christians not allowed to worship without attack from the other religion. Those that attack and kill Christians will answer to God Almighty.
